Last updated: June 2026

Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website at www.theintelligentdesigner.ai and any related courses, tracks, memberships, community, downloadable materials, AI skills and tools, live and recorded sessions, and other products and services (together, the "Service"), operated by Saturday Interiors LLC, doing business as The Intelligent Designer ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").

By accessing or using the Service, purchasing a product, or enrolling in a membership, you ("You", "Your", "User", or "Member") agree to be bound by these Terms, our Disclaimer, and our Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Acknowledgment and Eligibility

These Terms govern your use of the Service and are conditioned on your acceptance of them and of our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. You represent that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly provide services to individuals under 18.

3. Account Registration

To access certain parts of the Service you must create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information; maintain the confidentiality of your password; and be responsible for all activity under your Account. We may suspend or terminate your Account if information provided is false, inaccurate, or misleading.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You may not: use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful activity; interfere with or disrupt the platforms, servers, or networks connected to the Service; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; or use the Service, or any Content, for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party except as expressly permitted in these Terms. Prohibited commercial uses include reproducing, republishing, reselling, sublicensing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any Content.

5. Our Products and Pricing

5.1 Hub Individual Membership

The Hub Individual membership is an annual subscription that renews automatically each year until cancelled. Members who maintain an uninterrupted subscription retain their original membership rate for life (see Section 7.3). Active members receive continuous access to the Hub library, community, and new resources as released.

5.2 Individual Tracks

Individual Tracks are sold on a one-time-purchase basis and do not renew. A Track purchase grants access to that Track's materials for as long as the Company maintains the platform and makes the Track available. Additional Tracks are released from time to time; their content, timing, and fees may differ.

5.3 Team Hub

Team Hub is a fixed, one-year membership for organizations. At checkout, the purchaser selects the number of seats (for example, up to 5 members or up to 10 members at the published tier prices). After purchase, the purchaser submits the name and email address of each team member, and the Company manually grants access. Each team member's one-year access period runs from the date their access is enrolled. Seats are assigned to named individuals and are not transferable to other individuals except with our prior written consent. Team Hub is a fixed-term purchase and does not automatically renew.

5.4 Live Speaking and Engagements

Live Speaking engagements (keynotes, panels, guest lectures, and media appearances) are arranged individually and are governed by a separate written engagement agreement covering scope, fees, scheduling, travel, cancellation, and recording rights. These Terms govern only your use of the website and online Service.

5.5 Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We may modify pricing or promotional offers at any time. Price changes do not affect existing subscriptions protected by the lifetime rate lock in Section 7.3, or fixed-term purchases already made.

6. Payments and Billing

You agree to provide valid payment information when purchasing any product or Subscription. By submitting payment details, you authorize the Company and its payment processors — which may include Kajabi Payments, Stripe, and PayPal — to charge your designated payment method for the agreed amount, including automatic charges for each renewal period of a Subscription. We do not store full payment card details; those are handled by our payment processors under their own terms and privacy policies. We may change our payment processors from time to time.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can resolve it. You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the matter with us. Fraudulent chargebacks, or chargebacks that contradict these Terms (including our refund policy), may result in suspension or termination of your Account and access.

7. Subscription Terms

7.1 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (typically annually) using your payment method on file. You may cancel renewal at any time before your next billing date through your Account or by emailing [email protected].

7.2 Cancellation

Cancelling stops future renewals. Access to subscription-based Content and community remains active until the end of your current paid term. Partial refunds are not issued for unused portions of a term.

7.3 Lifetime Rate Lock

Members who maintain an uninterrupted Hub subscription retain their original membership rate for life. If a subscription is cancelled or lapses, re-enrollment will be at the then-current published rate.

7.4 Content Updates and Changes

Active members receive continuous access to new lessons, tutorials, and community resources as released. We may modify, update, or discontinue Content or community features at any time to maintain educational relevance or quality.

8. Refund Policy

All Track, membership, and Subscription sales are final, except as set out below or as required by applicable law.

  • Tracks and memberships: Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case and must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, you must demonstrate that you have accessed the applicable materials and found them unsatisfactory. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Subscriptions: Cancelling stops future renewals; no partial refund is issued for the remainder of a paid term (see Section 7.2).
  • Team Hub: Because Team Hub is a fixed-term, manually provisioned purchase, it is non-refundable once access has been granted to any team member.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet these criteria. Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Course and Track Access; Legacy Purchases

If you purchased a course or Track before a change to our model, you retain access to the version available at the time of your purchase. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as the Company maintains the platform and continues to make that product available. Legacy students may optionally upgrade to a current membership but are not required to do so.

10. Intellectual Property and License to Use

Ownership

All Content — including videos, text, templates, guides, AI skills and prompts, images, and designs — is the intellectual property of Saturday Interiors LLC, d/b/a The Intelligent Designer, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and other laws. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property rights to you. You are granted no rights to our names, logos, or trademarks.

License Grant

Upon purchase or authorized access, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the applicable Content for your own personal and internal business use, for the period applicable to that product.

Downloadable Materials, Templates, and AI Skills

Templates, schedules, prompts, and AI skills provided through the Service are licensed, not sold. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from them, and you may not use them to build or offer any competing product, course, or service. You may use templates and skills in your own client work and fill them out for your authorized use.

Free Resources

Resources provided in exchange for an email address are licensed for your own personal or internal business use under the same restrictions, and may not be sold, redistributed, or used to create competing offerings.

11. Community and User-Generated Content

The Community is intended as a professional, collaborative learning environment. By participating, you agree to communicate respectfully; not to harass, defame, threaten, discriminate against, or impersonate anyone; not to share, resell, or repurpose Content without written permission; and not to spam, advertise, or solicit without authorization.

You are responsible for any content you post, submit, or display through the Service ("User-Generated Content"). You retain ownership of your User-Generated Content and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and use it for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, edit, or remove User-Generated Content at our discretion, and to suspend or terminate access for violations. You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your User-Generated Content. Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the Community without refund.

12. Confidentiality

Through the Community, coaching, or implementation engagements, you or other members may share confidential business or personal information. Information shared with us in confidence will be treated as confidential and used only for the purpose for which it was shared, except where disclosure is required by law. Where you participate in group discussions, you agree to respect the confidentiality of other members; however, we cannot guarantee or assume responsibility for information shared by members in that setting, and we ask that you be mindful of what you choose to share.

13. Media Consent and Release

Where you submit or consent to the use of content related to your participation — including images, reviews, results, or testimonials — you authorize us to publish and use it in print, online, and digital marketing and promotional materials. You release us from any claim in connection with such publication and acknowledge that publication confers no ownership, royalty, or compensation rights to you. You may withdraw consent for future use by contacting us.

14. Third-Party Links, Tools, and Guest Content

The Service may link to or teach third-party websites, tools, and AI services. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or resources, and a link or reference is not an endorsement or guarantee. Your use of any third party is at your own risk and subject to that third party's terms. Where we feature a guest (for example, in an interview, panel, or recorded session), the guest agrees that we may use and distribute the resulting recording and materials for our marketing and educational purposes.

15. Disclaimers

All Content is provided "as is" and for educational purposes only. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any materials for your particular purpose. You acknowledge that implementation of AI tools and workflows is at your own discretion and risk. Additional disclaimers — including earnings, testimonials, affiliate, and AI-tool disclaimers — are set out in our Disclaimer.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saturday Interiors LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business, or data, service interruptions, or actions taken based on educational materials. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, your User-Generated Content, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Account at any time for violation of these Terms, including unauthorized use, content sharing, non-payment, or disruptive behavior. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.

19. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

21. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, you agree first to attempt to resolve it informally by contacting [email protected]. If it cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, any dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party bears its own costs except as the arbitrator determines.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the website, and we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

24. Entire Agreement; Assignment; Waiver

These Terms, together with the Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and any product-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement concerning your use of the Service and supersede prior agreements on that subject. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; you may not assign them without our written consent. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
