Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the website www.theintelligentdesigner.ai and any related courses, products, or community features operated by The Intelligent Designer, LLC (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

By accessing or using Our Website, purchasing a course, or enrolling in a membership subscription, You (“You”, “Your”, “User”, or “Member”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You may not access or use Our Services.

1. Definitions

  • Account refers to a unique account created for You to access Our Service or parts of Our Service.

  • Company refers to The Intelligent Designer, LLC, located at 426 Cotswold Lane, Wynnewood, PA 19096, United States.

  • Course refers to any educational program, training, or digital content offered by the Company.

  • Community Hub refers to the private online platform for active members, including discussion spaces, Q&A, challenges, and peer engagement.

  • Goods refers to any downloadable or physical products offered for sale.

  • Service refers collectively to Our Website, Courses, Memberships, Community Hub, digital materials, and related offerings.

  • Subscription refers to any recurring paid membership that provides access to updated course materials, ongoing content, or community participation.

  • You refers to the individual or entity using or purchasing Our Services.

2. Acknowledgment

These Terms govern Your use of Our Website and Services. Your access and participation are conditioned upon acceptance of these Terms and Our Privacy Policy, available at www.theintelligentdesigner.ai/privacy-policy.

You represent that You are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly provide services to individuals under 18.

3. Account Registration

To access certain Services, You must create an Account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of Your password.

  • Be responsible for all activity under Your Account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your Account if false or misleading information is provided.

4. Purchases and Payments

You agree to provide valid payment information when purchasing any Course or Subscription. By submitting payment details, You authorize the Company and its payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal) to charge Your designated payment method for the agreed amount.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify pricing or promotional offers at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions with an active “lock-in” rate (see Section 6.3).

5. Refund Policy

All Course and Subscription sales are final.

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case and must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible, You must demonstrate that You have accessed and completed the applicable course materials and found them unsatisfactory.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

The Company reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the criteria above.

6. Subscription Terms

6.1 Billing & Renewal

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle (typically annually, unless otherwise stated).

  • You authorize the Company to charge Your payment method automatically for each renewal period.

  • You may cancel Your renewal at any time before the next billing date by logging into Your Account or emailing [email protected].

6.2 Cancellation

Canceling Your subscription stops future renewals. Access to subscription-based content and community features will remain active until the end of Your current paid term.
Partial refunds are not issued for unused portions of the term.

6.3 Lifetime Rate Lock

Members who maintain an uninterrupted subscription retain their original membership rate for life. If a subscription is canceled or lapses, re-enrollment will be at the then-current published rate.

6.4 Content Updates & Changes

Active subscribers will receive continuous access to new lessons, tutorials, and community resources as they are released.
The Company may modify, update, or discontinue content or community features at any time to maintain educational relevance or quality.

6.5 Account Sharing

Each subscription is intended for one individual only. Account sharing, resale, or distribution of course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.

7. Course Access and Legacy Purchases

If You purchased a course prior to the launch of Our subscription model, You retain lifetime access to the version of the course available at the time of Your purchase.

“Lifetime access” means access for as long as the Company maintains the platform and continues to make the course available.

Legacy students may optionally upgrade to a subscription to access new lessons, tools, and the Community Hub but are not required to do so.

8. Community Guidelines

The Community Hub is intended as a professional, collaborative learning environment. By participating, You agree to:

  • Communicate respectfully and constructively.

  • Not share, resell, or repurpose content without written permission.

  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or spam of any kind.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refund.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to videos, text, templates, guides, images, and designs, are the intellectual property of The Intelligent Designer, LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal and professional development only.
Reproduction, resale, or public distribution of any content is strictly prohibited without written consent.

10. Disclaimers

All content and materials are provided “as is” and for educational purposes only.
The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any materials for Your particular purpose.

You acknowledge that implementation of AI tools and workflows is at Your own discretion and risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Intelligent Designer, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, business, or data.

  • Downtime or interruptions in service.

  • Actions taken based on educational materials.

In any event, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by You for the Services.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your Account at any time for violations of these Terms, including unauthorized use, content sharing, or disruptive behavior.

Upon termination, Your right to access Our Services ceases immediately.

13. Privacy

Your use of Our Services is subject to Our Privacy Policy, which outlines how We collect, use, and protect Your personal data. You can review it at:

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, You agree to attempt resolution informally by contacting [email protected] before pursuing legal action.

If the matter cannot be resolved amicably, any dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on Our Website. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
