Working With Me
Do you offer private 1:1 training or consulting for my firm?
I don't offer 1:1 sessions at this time. I provide AI training for design teams through the Intelligent Designer Team Hub, where your whole team learns together at a packaged team rate.
If you'd like dedicated time with me, one private 60-minute Q&A session can be added to any Team Hub purchase. It's available to Team Hub members only (not as a stand-alone purchase) and is designed to be scheduled after your team has worked through the Hub lessons, so we can spend the time on your specific questions.
Do you speak at industry events, panels, or podcasts?
Yes! I regularly speak at showrooms, industry events, panels, and podcasts. Visit the Live Speaking page to submit your event details.
Membership & Pricing
I'm already a Hub member. Do I get the new Tracks?
Yes. As an existing Hub member, you get access to all new content as it's released β including the new role-based Claude Tracks β for as long as your membership is active. Just log in to your member library; everything appears there automatically. No need to repurchase.
I joined the Hub a while ago. Will my price go up?
No. You keep the rate you joined at for as long as your membership stays active, and you still receive all new content as it's released. The current pricing only applies to new members joining today.
Is the Hub a one-time fee or a yearly membership? Can I pay monthly?
The Intelligent Designer Hub is an annual membership. There isn't a monthly payment option. You can cancel anytime from inside your member portal and you'll keep full access through the end of the year you've paid for.
What's the difference between the original AI course and the Hub?
The original "Applied AI" course was a separate, one-time standalone purchase. The Hub is a membership that includes all of my on-demand trainings β the Foundations Track, the role-based Claude Tracks, monthly tutorials, and every new lesson as it's added.
If you purchased the older standalone course, that does not automatically include Hub membership. If you're unsure which one you have, use the form on this page and I'll check your records.
Getting Started & Tech
What tools do I need for your courses?
The new Tracks are built primarily around Claude, so you generally won't need additional subscriptions. Any AI tools you choose to use are paid for separately, outside the program. For the full, current list of recommended tools, see the FAQ at the bottom of the Hub page.
Is the Hub self-paced? Can I start anytime?
Yes β everything is on-demand. You can start the moment you join, go at your own pace, and revisit lessons anytime for as long as your membership is active.
What format are the lessons in?
Every lesson includes a video tutorial plus a Learning Guide in Notion with checklists, action steps, and resources, so you can follow along and apply what you learn to your own projects.
Is this right for me? I'm an interior architect / I'm new to AI.
The Hub is designed for interior designers and interior architects at every experience level, including those brand new to AI. The lessons are built to take the overwhelm out of getting started.
My Notion resource page won't duplicate. How do I fix it?
This is almost always a browser cache issue, not a problem with the template itself. Try these steps:
Google Chrome / Microsoft Edge:
- With the page open, press
Ctrl + Shift + R(Windows) orCmd + Shift + R(Mac) to do a hard refresh. - If that doesn't work, press
Ctrl + Shift + Delete(Windows) orCmd + Shift + Delete(Mac) to open the "Clear browsing data" menu, select Cached images and files, and clear it.
Safari:
- Go to Safari β Settings (or Preferences) β Privacy β Manage Website Data, search for Notion, and remove it.
Then reopen the duplication link and try again. If it still won't duplicate on your computer, try it from your phone β that resolves it most of the time.
Teams
I want to enroll my whole team. Can we share one account?
No β content can't be shared, so each team member needs their own seat. The upside is everyone gets their own logins, progress, and resources. For team pricing, see the Team Hub page.
